I couldn’t believe how well built this was and the design is great. The leather is soft and the chairs are so comfortable. I did contact customer service to get some general questions answered and they were prompt and made sure all my questions were answered. I also asked them about attaching the three seats together and within 12 hours of me asking that question. I received an email with tracking info for the brackets, free of charge. I’d recommend this to everyone

I like the recliners very much, however the headrest could be better if it would recline further backwards. The seating is very comfortable. I hope the cushion lasts a long time.
Great chairs. Very comfortable. Easy to operate. Only complaint is the built in table and quality of the arm rest. Not sturdy or easy to use. Otherwise a good purchase so far. Should also come with a way to connect them at their base.

These are the best theater seats I have ever had. The leather is soft, the comfort of these chairs make you fall asleep a few minutes after sitting in them. I love I can charge my phone without plugging it in the wall. The led lights are amazing. Overall the sturdiness of the chairs they easy to install arm storage.
Initially had a challenge getting 2 matching pieces. However, the seller made it right, arranged for pick up of the incorrect piece, and then sent me the correct matching chair. The chairs are as advertised, leather has a luxury feel, chairs are comfortable and the power mechanisms are smooth. Great value on this purchase.
I use this chair to read, watch tv and even sleep in, as I need to keep my upper body slightly elevated during sleep. The genuine leather finish and motorized recliner/headrest functions , which have worked flawlessly, makes it a great value when compared to similar products of other brands.

Very satisfied with the product. The customer service was very helpful in getting a replacement part damaged during shipping sent to me and arrived quickly. I do wish there was an option to turn the blue botton off completely as the light is distracting in the dark when not using the chairs lighting but thats a minor complaint. I will say the package comes all in one box and is incredibly heavy. Very heavy to lift by one person. I ended up opening the box and carrying the pieces in one by one in lieu of bringing the entire box into my place.But overall, the chair is very nice.

Love the blue color and diamond stitch pattern. Chairs do not connect to each other but stay in place.Came with a tray for each chair and seems to be durable.

Great job Weilianda. The seating looks good and operates properly. Slightly narrower than some other seating (i.e. Palliser) but that worked out well in our 4 across arrangement. We had one seat damaged but Annie in Customer Service arranged for a replacement.... thank youFedEX however was a problem. The instructions were to deliver to the garage and get a signature. The FedEX driver instead dropped them in the grass in our front yard, did not ring the door bell, and forged my signature. I had all of this on my door's video camera. I hate this dump and run mentality on large expensive products. Upon calling FedEx Customer Service they kept telling me not to worry that it will never happen again. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and after numerous requests the FedEx supervisor fielded the call. She agreed that it was an issue and called the local terminal's manager. They had the driver return to finish the job.
We love these seats. Quality is superb. Assembly barely needed ( just click the top into the bottom). All four of our sofas work perfectly. The bad thing is they are "too" comfortable...so I will fall asleep on most movies.
