Participation Requirements & Prize Policies

1. Eligibility

• Participants must reside within eligible U.S. shipping regions (see shipping notes below).
  
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  
• Only one eligible Facebook account per participant per week will be considered.
  

2. Prize Claim Process

• Winners will be announced in the comments section of the giveaway post, and we will also contact them via direct message.
  
• Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification.
  
• Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in forfeiture and selection of a new winner.
  

Digital gift cards will be delivered electronically.

Physical prizes will require confirmation of shipping details before dispatch.

3. Winner Content & Shipping Deposit Requirement (Grand Prize)

As a condition of receiving the grand prize recliner:

• The winner must film a video (minimum 15 seconds) showing the product in use after delivery and post it publicly on their personal Facebook account.
• The post must remain public for at least 30 days.
• The video may be used for our marketing and promotional purposes.

Shipping Deposit:

• A refundable $150 shipping deposit is required prior to shipment due to oversized delivery costs.
• The deposit will be fully refunded within five (5) business days after the required video has been posted and verified.

If the posting requirements are not met, the shipping deposit will not be refunded and may result in forfeiture of the grand prize.

4. Disqualification Policy

We reserve the right to disqualify entries that:

• Use fake, duplicate, or automated accounts.
  
• Post spam, excessive repetitive comments, or unrelated content.
  
• Contain offensive or inappropriate material.
  
• Violate Facebook’s community standards.
• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the giveaway process may result in permanent disqualification.

5. Shipping Notes (Grand Prize)

• The grand prize recliner ships only within the contiguous United States. If a selected winner resides outside the United States, we reserve the right to disqualify the entry and randomly select an alternate winner.
  
• Delivery method: The prize will be shipped free of charge via standard delivery service; white-glove delivery and in-home setup are not included.
  
• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international addresses are not eligible for the grand prize shipment.
  
• If a selected winner is unable to receive delivery within eligible U.S. regions, an alternate winner may be selected at our discretion.
