Q1 : What payment methods are accepted?
The payment methods we support are: visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express,Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Klarna,ACH.
Q2 : Do we support installment payments?
We do offer installment options through Afterpay or Klarna.
Once you select an installment plan at checkout, the chosen financier will provide the specific terms and fees for the plan.
Please note that the terms and conditions, including any fees, are set by Afterpay and Klarna, respectively. We recommend reviewing their plans carefully before proceeding.
Q3 : Do we accept custom orders?
Absolutely! You can customize any of our models to your specifications. If you desire further customization to one of our models, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us at weilianda@outlook.com.
Q4 : How long is the customization period?
Our custom products require a customization period of 13-14 weeks to ensure the highest quality.
Q5 : Can Home Theater Seating be rearranged easily?
Many models are modular, allowing for easy rearrangement to suit different room layouts.
Q6 : What should I consider when choosing the upholstery for my seating?
Consider durability, ease of cleaning, and comfort. Leather is a popular choice for its luxurious feel and easy maintenance.
Q7 : Can I purchase armrests separately?
We do not recommend doing this. This is because our additional armrests require specialized tools for assembly, which increases the difficulty of installation.
Product & Warranty
Q1 : What type of leather do you use for the seats?
We use Top-Grain Leather for the seats. Top-grain leather has had the outer surface sanded and buffed to remove any imperfections and create a smooth, uniform look. It's then treated with pigments and a finish coat. However, for the backrests, we use more durable polyurethane leather to prevent scratches and scuffs from contact with walls.
Q2 : Will the chair dimensions fit through the door of my home?
The minimum door width required for the chair to fit through is 25.75 inches.
Q3 : Is the installation difficult? Can I assemble the home theater seating myself?
Our seating installation is very simple. You just need to take out the backrest, insert it into the seat base, and then connect the power supply to start using it.
Q4 : Does Weilianda offer any warranty?
Yes, when you place an order for our home theater seats, we include a 1-year warranty for non-human-caused damages for free. This is our standard warranty for home theater seats, covering any manufacturing defects or issues that are not caused by misuse or accidental damage.
Q5 : If a one-year warranty is not sufficient for me, do I have the option to choose a longer warranty period?
You can purchase our extended warranty to extend the coverage period to five years. The cost is $69 per seat.
Q6 : Is the total warranty period 6 years with the included 1-year warranty plus the additional 5-year extended warranty that I can purchase?
No, the total warranty coverage is 5 years. By purchasing the 5-year extended warranty service, you will add 4 years to the initial 1-year warranty, making the total warranty period 5 years from the date of delivery.
Shipping
Q1 : How can I find out about the status of my order?
You can log in to your membership account to check your order status and shipping information.
Q2 : How long will it take to get my orders?
Standard Fedex shipping (5-7 Days), free shipping fees.
Q3 : Can you ship within a specified date?
Yes, we can arrange to ship your order within a specified date. Please let us know the desired shipping date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q4 : Can the package be delivered inside the room?
Our free shipping service is provided by FedEx, which can only deliver packages to the doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
Q1 : How long is the return period?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. We can assure you that our products are of high quality, and you will be satisfied. If an item is delivered damaged, please report to us within 48 hours. All returns require a RMA number. You may acquire one by email support@weiliandahome.com. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the returned item's packaging. Anyone returning orders without authorization from us will be responsible for the cost to reship it and the return will not be accepted. So please contact us, and make us aware of the problems before returning it, so that we may properly file a claim (according to procedure) with the shipping service and set up a pick up from your location. YOU MUST KEEP AND USE THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CARTONS!!!!
Q2 : Can I cancel or change orders on standard items?
Orders that are cancelled with 48 hours of placing the order will be charged a 7% Processing Fee. Any canceled or changed afterwards is subject to a 30% Restocking Fee and Shipping Fees. Non-quality related exchanges must be requested within 5 days of package delivery, and the customer is responsible for covering any associated costs.
Q3 : Can custom orders be returned?
Once a custom order has entered the customization process, it cannot be canceled or returned.
