Weilianda Limited Warranty

At Weilianda, we believe your home theater seating should offer not only immersive comfort, but also the long-term reliability you expect from premium craftsmanship. That’s why every Weilianda chair comes with a 1-year limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty applies to all major components, including the internal frame, reclining mechanism, cushions, electrical parts, footrest, and Leather upholstery.

Our promise is simple: to support your investment in comfort, so you can relax knowing we’ve got your back — literally and figuratively.

▪ Coverage by Component

All Weilianda theater seating is backed by a 1-year limited warranty, beginning from the date your order is delivered. Coverage includes:

1. Structural Frame

The internal wooden frame and support structure are protected against cracking, warping, or failure caused by manufacturing defects under normal home use.

2. Reclining Mechanism

Manual and motorized reclining systems are covered against functional failure, including motor or mechanical malfunctions that affect normal operation.

3. Cushions & Padding

Seat cushions and backrest padding are covered against abnormal flattening, sagging, or foam breakdown that results from manufacturing defects — not heavy impact or misuse.

4. Electrical Components

This includes motors, switches, USB ports, and power adapters. Failures due to material or manufacturing defects are covered; damage from power surges, misuse, or improper installation is excluded.

5. Footrest Assembly

The footrest structure, padding, and lift system are covered against defects in materials or workmanship.

Please note: sitting directly on the footrest or applying excessive weight beyond its intended purpose is considered misuse and is not covered under this warranty.

6. Leather Upholstery

Our top-grain and PU leathers are hand-selected for comfort and durability. Covered issues include:

Seam separation due to faulty stitching;

Peeling, cracking, or splitting caused by material or manufacturing defects.

Please note: Natural leather characteristics such as slight color variation, grain patterns, and softening over time are part of the material’s unique beauty and are not considered defects.

▪ What’s Not Covered

Weilianda’s 1-year limited warranty is designed to cover issues arising from defects in materials or manufacturing, under normal residential use. The following situations are not covered under this warranty:

3. Pet-Related Wear

Scratches, bite marks, or damage to leather and padding caused by pets.

Fur or odor absorption resulting from prolonged pet use.

4. Environmental Conditions

Does not apply to floor samples, refurbished models, or second-hand purchases.

▪ Product Care Guidelines

Proper care and maintenance will help extend the life of your Weilianda home theater seating and ensure warranty coverage remains valid. Please follow the recommendations below:

1. Leather Cleaning

Wipe down the leather regularly with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and surface oils.

For deeper cleaning, use a pH-neutral leather cleaner approved for top-grain.

Avoid using harsh chemicals, alcohol-based wipes, bleach, or abrasive materials, which may cause discoloration or damage.

2. Protect from Sunlight & Heat

Position your recliner away from direct sunlight, radiators, or heat vents.

Prolonged UV exposure may lead to fading, drying, or cracking of the leather surface.

3. Avoid Moisture & Humidity

Do not store or use your seating in damp areas, or near sources of condensation.

High humidity may lead to mold or mildew, which is not covered under warranty.

4.Use Power Responsibly

Unplug the unit during thunderstorms or extended periods of non-use.

Do not modify electrical components or attempt DIY repairs.

5. Respect the Footrest

The footrest is designed to support your legs and feet only.

Avoid sitting, kneeling, or placing heavy objects directly on the footrest to prevent mechanical stress.

6.General Use Best Practices

Keep sharp objects, tools, or pet claws away from the leather surface.

Refrain from jumping, rocking, or standing on the seat or armrests.

Avoid using aftermarket accessories that may interfere with the recliner’s structure or electronics.

Taking simple precautions ensures your seating stays in top condition and allows us to better support you under warranty.
