We take pride in our furniture craftsmanship and our goal is to get the products you purchase to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All our products are fully packaged to ensure safe transportation and will be handled by professional third-party delivery carriers.

We cooperate with multiple delivery partners to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. Please note that delivery fees are calculated per shipment based on the warehouse location of your product, not on the total amount of the order. Delivery speed depends on the type of product, its availability, and proximity to metropolitan areas.

Please note, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses. All deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.

It's your responsibility to check before placing an order whether the item can pass through doors, stairs, and elevators in its packaging. Product and packaging dimensions are included in the product description on our website.

Shipping Charges and Locations

Shipping charges are levied per shipment, not per order, and are calculated based on the value of the goods and delivery location.

Delivery Types

We offer two kinds of delivery services: standard or room of choice.

1.Standard service:

Your item will be delivered to the ground level, lobby, or first dry area of your home or apartment building. No signature required; our team will take a photo of your order at your doorstep as proof of delivery.

 2.Room of choice:

Your item will be delivered to the room of your choice, inclusive of up to two flights of stairs. There is a flat rate of $99 for this service plus applicable taxes.

Before placing your order, please ensure that your goods can pass through doors, stairs, and elevators while in packaging. If we are unable to get your furniture into your home due to customer-related issues, you'll bear the cost of redelivery if you opt for it later or return shipping and restocking fee if you decide to cancel.
Delivery Scheduling and Tracking
When your order leaves our local warehouse, you will receive an email notification. For shipments delivered via FedEx, you will receive tracking information in the email.

Unforeseen Circumstances Leading to Delayed Shipping/Delivery

Weilianda reserves the right to reschedule the delivery time in case of unforeseen circumstances causing delay in shipping. We offer an estimated timeframe for delivery but cannot guarantee it.

Receiving

For security purposes, our delivery partner may verify your photo ID before unloading. Any damage or defective item must be reported to Weilianda within 3 working days after delivery, and noted on the delivery proof document.

 

Proof of Delivery Receipt (POD)

The POD is not just a delivery receipt, but a confirmation of the arrival of goods in good condition. We recommend confirming that the goods are prepared for you, the entire order has been delivered, and there is no damage at the time of delivery.

Checklist:

  1. Please check if all cartons have obvious damage.
  2. Please verify that you have received the correct items as listed on the POD and delivery note.
  3. If the cartons are severely damaged, please check if the product is damaged.
  4. In case of damage: Please take photos of the damage, cartons, and product ID codes.
  5. Please note any property loss caused by transportation on the POD. We require photos and videos of the damage to record the condition.

After inspecting the entire shipment and noting any issues, you can obtain the driver's signature or initials next to the remarks about the damaged items on the POD.

 

Estimated Delivery Dates

The "estimated delivery" lead time shown on each product page indicates the expected date range when you can expect the product to reach your delivery location. Please note that these dates are estimates and there may be unexpected delays.

 

Address Errors

All undeliverable orders will be returned to our distribution center and restocked. To arrange for delivery to the correct address, we will contact you to schedule the next delivery and charge a redelivery fee.

 

Delivery Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items we believe to have a high risk of loss or damage, and areas where our home delivery service cannot reach.
