Amazing customer service by Jack. That alone gave me the confidence to buy from them vs other vendors. I just receive my couches and they are very nice indeed. Super comfortable and quiet operation.
The assembly was a breeze. I hope they last longer than my previous couches as these seem to be better quality.

Luxury 2.0 loveseat arrived packaged well to prevent damage during shipping. It was easy to assemble and connect electrically. The chairs are really quiet when operating and very comfortable to sit in. The back is a little too straight up but once reclining starts, this issue goes away. And since I recline every time I sit, it is a non issue.

The leather looks and feels wonderful and the diamond stitching adds elegance to the look. Overall a super nice theater chair.

Lovely-Awsome! BUT….I’m now the 4th review where they refused to send the Loveseat connectors with the separate chairs. Others also complained about missing parts. After contacting them, I got the connectors a week later. Otherwise………..Love them! Quality, comfort, design and craftsmanship looks above others I’ve shopped for. I love the lighting, it’s now my room nightlight giving awesome effects. If it wasn’t for the connectors hassle I’d give this Loveseat 5 stars. I certainly recommend these seats.

We purchased these movie theater chairs nearly a year ago, after doing a lot of research. These were the perfect fit for our new theater/sports room. They have held up perfect with no issues. The powered recliner and headrests function perfectly. Quality leather seats for the price. Customer service was good, we had to request the chair connectors which did not come with the chairs. Overall, 5 stars.

Very nice seating! The seating surfaces and backs are leather, however the rest of the chairs appear to be faux leather. I expected this to be the case so no surprises there. Assembly was easy requiring no tools. The seatbacks simply slide in place and lock by pushing down. I ordered two rows of three. They sent two full size chairs and four chairs with a right hand arm rest only. The full size chair goes on the end and the two single arm rest chairs go to the left of the full sized chair in each row. The chairs do not actually connect to each other but they're heavy enough that when pushed together they won't move at all and look like one full couch. The tray tables are a nice extra and we'll keep one in each armrest if anyone wishes to use them. I could do without the LED lighting under the seats as the lights reflect off the carpet and can be distracting when watching movies. They are only lit when the light for the cup holders is illuminated. The seating is firm and lumbar support is good. I'm sure over time they will soften up and become more forgiving, however we do appreciate that they are more on the firm side. I think for the price this seating offers a lot of value and they do look fantastic. We are very pleased with our purchase and I know we'll enjoy these for many years.

Read the reviews, watched YouTube videos and decided to pull the trigger. Shipping was very fast, 3 days for me. Easy assembly, great features and comfortable seating. I would say these seats are slightly on the firm side on the bottom. Think that is better for longevity.If they don't send the piece to connect the seats (underneath) email their customer support. They will send it out right away.

Extremely comfortable and well built. Easy to assemble, multiple chairs do not actually connect together. And you cannot Daisy chain the power for the chairs. You’ll have to run an extension cord with multiple outlets.

The item purchased from Weilianda home thru Amazon. Received the items 3 piece set and separate seats before scheduled delivery date and quality is so nice which is perfectly matched and comfortable to my theater room. Very good and ropy quality this 3 piece set within my budget. Thank you

We are enjoying these chairs. We had to contact the seller bc the connecting brackets weren’t included, but they were fast to get them in the mail to us. We also had one that didn’t light up. They were also fast to send us a video on how to replace the light strip, sent the lights, and gave us some money back for the trouble. I would have preferred it that way instead of shipping a chair back.The seat does start very stiff and softens up pretty quickly based on the person using it. I’m hoping they don’t get too soft over time.The tables are easy to put in and out. One note. You can’t store them in the arms u less your wit them apart. We find that annoying, but that’s just the way they are designed.Such an upgrade from our previous recliners!

These chairs are even better than I expected them to be! We originally ordered the turbo theater seats from Watsons, but after a 3 month delivery delay, we decided to cancel that order and take a chance on these! I was very hesitant ordering online because you never really know what you’re gonna get in terms of comfort and quality. However, these chairs really impressed me! They are just as good of quality and just as comfortable, if not more comfortable, than the ones we originally wanted from Watsons. The delivery showed up in a week, they look flawless and work perfectly! They even came with a leather conditioner. The top and the bottom of the chair come apart so it made carrying them down to our basement a breeze and they were super simple to assemble! The seller was very responsive and sent us tracking information as soon as get shipped without us even having to ask, which I greatly appreciate. The delivery was incredibly smooth fedex dropped them off right in my garage. Overall very happy with our purchase and can’t recommend these chairs enough.

This review may be kind of long, because I want to include their top notch customer service.First off, the chairs look amazing and feel great to sit in. I have many larger plus size guys in my cigar club (think over 6'+ and 300+ lbs) and they all agree that they are great for even their large frames. The leather is soft and supple, the cushioning firm enough that you don't sink in, but soft enough to be comfortable on your bottom. The adjustable head rest is a game changer for when you really want to recline way back. It does wonders to support your head for the best viewing angles.The control switch module has a USB charger, which I use daily to keep the phone charged up. Then there is a button to turn on/off the LEDs. Next is a rocker style control for the recline motor. Finally another rocker style switch for the adjustable head rest.The Blue LED lights are a little gimmicky, and I find them distracting to have on when you want a dark theater experience. The light in cup holders is okay, but its the strip along the bottom of the chair that shines upon the screen that ruins them for me. I guess they could improve that by possibly making them dimmable and offering color selectable LEDs, but this is nit picking. We just leave them turned off so its not really an issue.Likewise, we really don't use the side tables, however I can see where others would. As you can see from my photo, I have actual end tables by all the chairs that serve the purpose more efficiently. I think they are slightly flimsy, and could be improved by a stronger material. For example a harder plastic, metal, carbon fibre, etc.The only other issue I can even think of is that it would be nice if the recline motor moved a little faster. This could possibly be intentional as a safety precaution as much as anything else, but this is really fishing to find one last thing that could be improved.Overall, I viewed and researched several brands before settling on these chairs from Weilianda, and I honestly do not believe you can beat the value they offer on these chairs.One other thing is that I only have 2 plugged in to the floor outlet. For all the others I purchased rechargable battery packs which we only turn on when the chairs will be in use. Something causes a constant draw on the power (perhaps the small glow from the USB charge port) so the battery packs don't last 24 hours when left on. But this is a great solution for not wanting cords all over my floor to trip over, as the battery packs tuck nicely under the chairs.Also, we rotate the chairs depending on if we are having coversation, or viewing media. They are large chairs, but we are able to reposition them surprisingly easily on my travertine floor.Now for the customer service:I originally purchased one of these chairs to try out before committing to all new seating for my home cigar lounge. I was blown away by the beauty and comfort of this chair, so as a result, I purchased 7 more.When setting up the remainder of the chairs I ran into a snag... one of the recline motors stopped working the first time being operated. I contacted the company and they offered me a replacement with no issues. I decided that for my set up I was only going to use 6 chairs instead of 8, because the backs are too tall without a riser for the back row, which isn't feasable in my cigar lounge (the chairs closest to the screen were too tall and blocked the view). I asked for a refund which they happily provided. When I asked to return the 7th chair they explained the cost I would pay for return shipping would be prohibitive and urged me to keep the chair, which I did as I could use it elsewhere in my home.So A+ for customer service so far.Then a few months later, another chair failed. I contacted Weilandia, and they offered me another replacement. I was loathe to throw away this great chair and asked about repairability. The long of the short of it is I was told they had since upgraded the power supplies, which were the culprit for my switches failing. They sent me all new power supplies for the chairs I had, which I've since replaced, and a new switch for the one that failed. I changed it out easily and it operates once again like new! Since upgrading to the power supplies Weilandia provided me, I've had zero issues with any of the chairs.The company really stands behind the product and it sounds like they've since upgraded all the power supplies that caused my issues.Summary: If you are looking into home theater seating, or recliners in general, I really can't recommend these Weilianda chairs enough. They are stylish and comfortable and the company's customer service is outstanding!

These theater chairs look classy and the features are great. Recline, usb, adjustable headrest, table, LED lighting, etc. Assembly is simple. Very little involved. They look great in our theater. Customer service was outstanding. We had a problem with one chair and they were very responsive, sent the part we needed, then followed up to ensure we were satisfied. Big thanks to Annie. She was great. Don't hesitate to purchase.

These seats are great. The Customer Service is also great. Had a small problem that was not seller's fault and they resolved it very quickly. The chairs are comfortable, adjust great, and make for a great viewing experience. A great value.

Nice chairs. Row of 4. Videos for install are on line. Clear enough instructions. Chairs are a great value for price. About 2 inches too short for me. I’m 76 inches tall. A decent size chair for a 6’ 1” person. If taller the head rest begins to bump head. That is my problem. I did look for sizing with on line reviews. Found none, took a chance. I’m still fairly happy with these chairs. My 5’7” wife loves them!
