READ THIS REVIEW AND NO OTHERSome other reviews wrote about "being scammed" - please ignore them.The Welianda team also forgot to send me the connectors that join the seats together, but quickly sent them out after realizing the mistake (Janice on the helpdesk is amazing). THE CONNECTOR HAS TO BE THERE to join the seats together - that is what secures them and makes them sturdy.These chairs are truly quality. Compared to other prices - these are well worth the purchase.The quality is shown when they deliver to you. THEY ARE HEAVY. Felt sorry for the FEDEX delivery diver, but you will need 2 people to carry them, unbox them and get them "up" stairs if you have to.Very comfortable (a little hard at first - but thats because they are "memory foam" - but after a little while you sink right in.Both foot and head are automated. The tray table can be easily stowed away and taken out again to slip into place. (Tray tables are not "as sturdy" - don't be trying to cut a steak on there") - but you shouldn't be eating in your Cinema room anyway!Only negative - each chair has to be plugged in individually - so you will need a multi- plug (not a biggie) - some other manufacturers daisy chain the chairs. But not a showstopper from buying these.Send me any questions you may have.
We bought this row of three and we are very satisfied with quality of the product. The leather is real and it built with metal structure, not just cheap wood like we bought our previous sofa what got broken because of it. The only we wish all three boxes were delivered at the same day, not with two shipments. Highly recommended by this quality and price.
These chairs are wonderful. Seem to be well made and for my very tall family they fit like a glove!!
The chairs are comfortable to sit in. I am 5'8 and the foot rest supports my ankles.Like others have stated the connector piece was not included with the original package to tie the two pieces together. I called and was told that the package would be sent out.About 3 weeks later I realized I had not received the package, I contacted support and they sent the confirmation of when the original piece was sent. It must have been delivered to the wrong address by USPS. The actually sent it out the next day.The company sent out an additional connecting piece this time with a signature required from FEDEX. Installing the connecting piece took about five minutes from start to finish.The only complaints I have about these chairs is that there is not an automatic down feature, and one has to hold the button the entire time to lower the footrest, and the power buttons are on the same side of the chairs. It would have been nice to have the usb plugs to the outside of both chairs.We have these in our bedroom so the size is perfect.The leather seats are not the softest I have sat in, but feel like quality material.
Chairs were shipped fast! And, they are better than I expected. Very comfortable, well-built, and look great. Had a slight issue with an arm damaged during shipping that they handled immediately. So, ongoing customer service is great
The item itself is amazing. Comfortable, easy to put together, looks great. Delivery was a headache. FedEx had me taking off work multiple days to accept the package for it to not show up. When it did show, it was 2 of the 4 packages(1 recliner per box) which they left in the driveway, out in the open for anyone to take. Two days later, 1 box, next day the last box. These were put on the porch which was great. This is an expensive purchase and fedex didn’t treat it like they cared if it was delivered, stolen or damaged. Amazon did great with helping figure it out and communication was easy.
Furniture is awsome. I signed for the movie chairs, and love them. The delivery people LEFT IT SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY. I couldn't pick it up, I had to call my son to bring all of Furniture in my house and set it up.
