This product is exactly what we were looking for. We were hesitant about buying furniture on-line but couldn’t find what we needed locally (we have back problems and needed ergonomic support). The two seats were delivered with precise tracking information and in perfect condition. Set up was easy with on-line videos and wonderful customer service support. We love the firmness of the units, the lumbar support, and the tables, drink holder and cubby on each side. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. On-line descriptions and customer support were excellent.
I’m into this one. Love the zero gravity feature. I was eyeing their other model but honestly didn’t love the look. Then this blue version dropped and it fits my home setup perfectly.
Overall, these are great. There are two main areas that I have issues with. The first being that the armrests feel hard and the end of the footrest digs into my ankles and can be uncomfortable after a while. I wish there was softer padding in those areas. The second is the spacing. It feels a little cramped sitting next to other people. If the seats or the armrests were just an inch or two wider, I don't think it would feel as tight. Otherwise, the chairs are great.
Product arrived well packaged and was just as expected. Firm seating but high quality for the price. Customer service related questions were handled promptly and fairly. Would recommend the company and their products.
The unit arrived on time. It was fairly easy to set up (just took a little muscle).The only issue for me is the seat is harder than I expected. I’m hoping it will soften up over time.
