Very pleased. Set up by myself though would have been easier with a little help as each individual unit is heavy. They look great and are very comfortable.
Love them
I started with ordering 4 chairs to replace the ones I had in my living room for over 10 years. I did extensive research on what I was looking for including features, size and comfort. After an error I made I sent an email to the customer service department and they gave me instructions on what specifically I needed to do to get what I wanted. They delivered the chairs and they were easy to put together and exactly what I expected. They kept me informed before and when my chairs would be delivered. I am happy with the chairs and will recommend them to anyone looking to buy this type of chair in the future.
Amazing customer service by Jack. That alone gave me the confidence to buy from them vs other vendors. I just receive my couches and they are very nice indeed. Super comfortable and quiet operation.
The assembly was a breeze. I hope they last longer than my previous couches as these seem to be better quality.
Luxury 2.0 loveseat arrived packaged well to prevent damage during shipping. It was easy to assemble and connect electrically. The chairs are really quiet when operating and very comfortable to sit in. The back is a little too straight up but once reclining starts, this issue goes away. And since I recline every time I sit, it is a non issue.
The leather looks and feels wonderful and the diamond stitching adds elegance to the look. Overall a super nice theater chair.
Excellent service from the start! We love the chairs very much. Super comfortable and sturdy, the leather is high quality and the reclining is quiet, a+++ highly recommended!!
Very nice chairs. We like the zero gravity and the ability to change light colors and intensity. Makes it easy to work with projector.
Wow ! What terrific seats these are
I am blown away by there quality
They look good feel good 👍
Lovely-Awsome! BUT….I’m now the 4th review where they refused to send the Loveseat connectors with the separate chairs. Others also complained about missing parts. After contacting them, I got the connectors a week later. Otherwise………..Love them! Quality, comfort, design and craftsmanship looks above others I’ve shopped for. I love the lighting, it’s now my room nightlight giving awesome effects. If it wasn’t for the connectors hassle I’d give this Loveseat 5 stars. I certainly recommend these seats.
We purchased these movie theater chairs nearly a year ago, after doing a lot of research. These were the perfect fit for our new theater/sports room. They have held up perfect with no issues. The powered recliner and headrests function perfectly. Quality leather seats for the price. Customer service was good, we had to request the chair connectors which did not come with the chairs. Overall, 5 stars.
Very nice seating! The seating surfaces and backs are leather, however the rest of the chairs appear to be faux leather. I expected this to be the case so no surprises there. Assembly was easy requiring no tools. The seatbacks simply slide in place and lock by pushing down. I ordered two rows of three. They sent two full size chairs and four chairs with a right hand arm rest only. The full size chair goes on the end and the two single arm rest chairs go to the left of the full sized chair in each row. The chairs do not actually connect to each other but they're heavy enough that when pushed together they won't move at all and look like one full couch. The tray tables are a nice extra and we'll keep one in each armrest if anyone wishes to use them. I could do without the LED lighting under the seats as the lights reflect off the carpet and can be distracting when watching movies. They are only lit when the light for the cup holders is illuminated. The seating is firm and lumbar support is good. I'm sure over time they will soften up and become more forgiving, however we do appreciate that they are more on the firm side. I think for the price this seating offers a lot of value and they do look fantastic. We are very pleased with our purchase and I know we'll enjoy these for many years.
Read the reviews, watched YouTube videos and decided to pull the trigger. Shipping was very fast, 3 days for me. Easy assembly, great features and comfortable seating. I would say these seats are slightly on the firm side on the bottom. Think that is better for longevity. If they don't send the piece to connect the seats (underneath) email their customer support. They will send it out right away.
Extremely comfortable and well built. Easy to assemble, multiple chairs do not actually connect together. And you cannot Daisy chain the power for the chairs. You’ll have to run an extension cord with multiple outlets.
The item purchased from Weilianda home thru Amazon. Received the items 3 piece set and separate seats before scheduled delivery date and quality is so nice which is perfectly matched and comfortable to my theater room. Very good and ropy quality this 3 piece set within my budget. Thank you
We are enjoying these chairs. We had to contact the seller bc the connecting brackets weren’t included, but they were fast to get them in the mail to us. We also had one that didn’t light up. They were also fast to send us a video on how to replace the light strip, sent the lights, and gave us some money back for the trouble. I would have preferred it that way instead of shipping a chair back. The seat does start very stiff and softens up pretty quickly based on the person using it. I’m hoping they don’t get too soft over time. The tables are easy to put in and out. One note. You can’t store them in the arms u less your wit them apart. We find that annoying, but that’s just the way they are designed.Such an upgrade from our previous recliners!
These chairs are even better than I expected them to be! We originally ordered the turbo theater seats from Watsons, but after a 3 month delivery delay, we decided to cancel that order and take a chance on these! I was very hesitant ordering online because you never really know what you’re gonna get in terms of comfort and quality. However, these chairs really impressed me! They are just as good of quality and just as comfortable, if not more comfortable, than the ones we originally wanted from Watsons. The delivery showed up in a week, they look flawless and work perfectly! They even came with a leather conditioner. The top and the bottom of the chair come apart so it made carrying them down to our basement a breeze and they were super simple to assemble! The seller was very responsive and sent us tracking information as soon as get shipped without us even having to ask, which I greatly appreciate. The delivery was incredibly smooth fedex dropped them off right in my garage. Overall very happy with our purchase and can’t recommend these chairs enough.
